China Diner COVID-19 Policy

At China Diner Double Bay & China Diner Bondi, the safety of our diners & staff is our highest priority. At both venues we have implemented a rigorous COVID-19 safety plan in compliance with the current NSW Government Restrictions to ensure we are remaining COVID-safe.

Record Keeping
All guests are required to register their details via QR code upon entry. If guests are experiencing any symptoms or feeling unwell, bookings must be cancelled/rescheduled. All staff have been encouraged to download the COVID-Safe app.

Social Distancing
The restaurants are configured to satisfy the 4 square metre rule, with a 1.5 metre distance between tables & bookings capped at a maximum 10 guests. Customers must remain seated at all times.

Cleaning & Sanitising
Both venues undergo a commercial deep clean daily. A daily staff cleaning checklist has also been implemented with frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces. All crockery & cutlery is hot machine-washed in a commercial grade dishwasher. Hand sanitiser is available at the entry/exit of the venue & throughout the venue for both guests & staff.

Contactless Transactions
Single use menus have been implemented & contactless EFTPOS payments are encouraged. No communal condiments are available for use.
